We understand that new players often have many questions before taking their first steps in online betting. Likewise, experienced players may want a deeper understanding of bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or how to use certain features within the ko789 mobile app. All the answers are right here.

Account & Registration Questions

Creating a ko789 account is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of this page, enter your Malaysia phone number, set a strong password, and verify your number with the OTP code sent via SMS. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. No additional documents are required to get started.

The minimum age to register and play at ko789 is 18 years and above. ko789 enforces a strict responsible gaming policy and does not permit any underage individuals to use the platform. All players are required to confirm that they meet this age requirement during registration.

No. Each player is only permitted to hold one ko789 account. Owning multiple accounts violates the platform's terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. If you are unable to access your existing account, please contact our support team for account recovery assistance.

To change your registered phone number or email, log in to your account and go to the "Profile Settings" section. Select the information you wish to update, enter the new details, and confirm the changes via OTP verification code. If you are unable to access your account to make changes, contact our customer support via live chat for identity verification and further assistance.

Deposit & Withdrawal Questions

ko789 accepts a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia including online bank transfers (FPX), local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly and your balance will be credited to your account in no time. No additional charges are applied for deposits made via supported methods.

Withdrawals at ko789 are processed very quickly — typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts. For accounts that are not yet fully verified, the first withdrawal request may require a little extra time for standard review. Once your account is verified, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed instantly.

Yes, there is a minimum limit for each withdrawal to ensure smooth processing. The exact limit depends on the withdrawal method selected. For the latest information on deposit and withdrawal limits, please check the Withdrawal us or contact customer support for detailed guidance.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: the registered bank account name does not match the ko789 account holder's name, KYC document verification is incomplete, or bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met. Check your account status in the profile section or contact our support team for a prompt review and resolution.

Bonus & Promotions Questions

New ko789 members are eligible for an attractive welcome bonus upon making their first deposit. The bonus is credited directly to your account once the deposit is successfully processed. Bonus value and detailed terms can be reviewed in the Promotions section of your account. Make sure to read the wagering (rollover) requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.

Betting requirements or rollover means the minimum amount you must wager using bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if the rollover requirement is 5x and you receive a RM100 bonus, you need to place bets totalling RM500 before you can withdraw those funds. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — check the terms of each promotion for exact details.

ko789 weekly cashback is calculated based on your total net losses for the week. The cashback amount is automatically credited to your account on a set day each week — typically Monday. No manual claim is required. Cashback rates vary by VIP membership tier, with higher-tier players enjoying better rates.
